Leadership/Liaison Meeting
Announcement

Our next leadership meeting will be a combination leadership and liaison meeting.  This meeting is for our current leadership team as well as our school liaisons and any parent interested in the liaison position.  The meeting is in-person at the ESC on Monday, Oct. 23, 6:30-8:30pm.  You can see more details and RSVP HERE.  We are always looking for parents who would like to get more involved in the Adams 12 GT community and new faces are always welcome!

The leadership meeting is also an easy opportunity to meet our 2023-24 Executive Board: Viviane Del Pizzo (President), Jill Cables (President-Elect), Carianne Colwell (Treasurer), and Joanne Bliss (Secretary).  You can learn more about our board members (and see what we look like!) on our About Us page.  We hope to meet you soon!

Social Hour
Helping Hand Icon

One of the key goals of the Adams 12 GT Parents Group is to cultivate a strong and supportive community among the Adams 12 GT parent community.  To help parents find support and a feeling of belonging, we host informal meet-ups for parents of gifted and talented students in our district.   Our next social hour will be a virtual meeting on Thursday, October 5 at 6:00pm.  See the SignUp for details and to let us know you are coming!

If you are in need of support but these times or location do not work for you, please email info@a12gifted.org and we can set up a virtual or in-person meetup that works for you.

Build Community
Support GT programs in your school!

The school district and the A12GTPG will continue to build the "school liaison" program to strengthen communication to families and to build our GT community.  Each liaison has the opportunity to join meetings during the school year where district staff, the A12GTPG and other Liaisons gather to discuss how to best bring resources to our schools, GT students and their families. Help us move forward GT programming in your school!

Gracias!
