Calling all Middle School Gifted & Talented students for a night of collaboration, fun, and friendly competition.  Team up with other middle schoolers to find clues, solve puzzles, and be the first team to “breakout” in this escape room challenge.

 

Prizes will be awarded to winning team members!  Students can grab a friend or two to join their team, or get to know other GT students across the district.  

 

Pizza will be served at the beginning of the event. 
 
The activity will include 6-8 teams with

8-10 students on each team.

WHO:  Open to all Adams 12 GT students in Grades 6-8

            Parents are welcome to volunteer at the event, but are otherwise expected to

            drop off students for this activity.  No parent programming will be provided.

     Please sign up HERE, if you are able to volunteer the night of the event.

     Volunteers receive priority registration for their student participant.  

 

WHEN: Friday, October 8, 6:30 - 8:30 pm

 

WHERE: Century Middle School (13000 Lafayette St, Thornton, CO 80241)

 

COST: $10 per student which includes the escape room activity and pizza dinner. Parents must apply the $10 per student fee through their district PayForIt account prior to the event. Please do not pay for the event BEFORE you have successfully registered your student.  Register first, and then pay through PayForIt.

• Select "Fundraiser" from the top bar.

• Select state and district. Then select "Gifted & Talented" for School.

• Choose GT Escape Room Event

.• Enter the quantity of students attending to apply a $10 charge for each

• Click "Add to Order." Review Order, and click "Next."

• Enter parent information

• To ensure proper credit for payment, please provide student name(s) and grade(s) in the "Additional Information" section. Click "Next."

• Enter credit card Information, and click "Process Order.

HEALTH AND SAFETY: For the safety of all students, we will be adhering to Adams 12 COVID guidelines during this event.  Students will remain in their team cohorts for the duration of the event, including during the pizza dinner.  Masks will be required except while eating.  Full COVID Guidelines
